Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand travel plans can change. Here is our cancellation and refund policy:

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Within 48 Hours of Check-in

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will have one night's charge deducted; the remaining amount will be refunded.

No-Show

If a guest does not arrive without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund process: Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

WhatsApp Communication

When you send a booking enquiry via WhatsApp, it goes directly to the hotel's number. We use your number only for booking-related communication.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time: 12:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

ID Proof

Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in. This is mandatory under Indian hotel regulations.

Extra Bed & Children Policy

Extra bed availability is limited and varies by room category. The children's age policy is shown on the website at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time.

Payment

Guests may choose either Full Payment or a Partial Advance at the time of booking.

Hotel Rights

Management reserves the right to cancel any booking for genuine reasons (such as misuse or false information provided), with an applicable refund issued in such cases.
